Bio

Jack currently serves as the Treatment Manager at Higginsville Habilitation Center, a state-operated facility in the Western Region of Missouri. HHC provides services to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. His responsibilities include supervising staff, program and treatment development and implementation, and ensuring Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) requirements are met for certification. Jack started his career with DMH in 2006 as a Direct Care Aide, since then he has served in roles which include Senior Support Care Assistant, Supervising Support Care Assistant and Support Care Professional. He is part of the Operational Excellence Advisory Team and a member of the Governor’s Challenge Team. Jack served 6 years in the Missouri National Guard and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Central Methodist University.
