Christina Phillips joined the Department of Transportation in May of 2023 and serves as the Financial Services Manager for the Southwest District. She leads a high caliber team that is committed to provide excellent service to our suppliers and MoDOT employees. Financial Services is responsible for the SW District accounts payable, consumable inventory, fixed assets, payroll and budget. Christina received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drury University.
