Casandra (CJ) Willis is the Administrative Manager of the Business Tax Bureau of the Missouri Department of Revenue. CJ began her career with DOR in 2002 and has held various roles in the income and business tax divisions within the Taxation Bureau. She currently manages the Excise Tax Section, which is responsible for collecting, administering, and distributing motor fuel tax, cigarette, and other tobacco products tax, and financial institutions taxes, along with collecting and distributing various county fees and riverboat gaming and admissions taxes. She completed The Missouri Way in 2024, the MU Certificate series in 2023, served as the FTA Motor Fuel Midwestern Region Governor in 2024, and continues to attend and participate in the annual and regional FTA Motor Fuel and Tobacco conferences. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma White, Yellow, and Green Belt.
