Bria Arnel joined the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (DHEWD) in 2018 and is currently the Job Center Support Supervisor for the Office of Workforce Development. In this role, Bria is primarily responsible for supervising DHEWD’s customer support agent line and program management of the Coursera platform. She is also a board member of the Missouri Association of Workforce Development and the membership chairperson. Bria began her State of Missouri career with the Department of Health and Senior Services in 2013 and has held various roles as an emerging leader since joining the Office of Workforce Development. Bria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College.
