Andrew is a highly accomplished insurance professional with over 15 years of experience. He began his career in the private sector, holding various roles in claims handling, fraud investigation, data analysis, and process improvement. In 2021, he transitioned to public service, joining the Market Regulation Division of the Department of Commerce and Insurance as a Property and Casualty Examiner. After advancing within the department, he became an Examiner in Charge. He holds multiple professional designations and has received several prestigious awards, including the Professional and Leadership Development Award and the 2023 Insurance Regulatory Examiner's Society's Rookie of the Year Award.
