Adam is the program manager in the Office of Broadband Development, the Department of Economic Development office. In this role, he is responsible for planning related to Missouri’s $1.7 billion allocation for broadband deployment under the Infrastructure, Investment, and Jobs Act (IIJA). Adam received a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Chicago and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Missouri. Before joining the state workforce, Adam worked as the editor and reporter for a small newspaper in Pike County, Missouri.
