Bio

Ray has been with the Department of Transportation since 2015 and currently serves as a Traffic Liaison Engineer in the Central Office Highway Safety and Traffic Division. In this role, he oversees statewide policy regarding subjects such as Safety, Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO), and Permits. His focus is to ensure all roadway users can get to their destinations on time and unharmed. Ray is an advocate for any strategy that protects roadway workers and the traveling public. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a licensed Professional Engineer with the State of Missouri.
