Joe is currently the Data Manger for the Office of Administration. He began his career with the State in September of 1997. He spent 25 years with the Missouri Department of Conservation in various IT roles. In August of 2021, Joe transitioned to OA to manage the Tableau Enterprise environment across all state agencies. He is also helping guide the state to better data governance and a centralized data lake environment, making access to data easier and more secure. Joe has a passion to help agencies use their data to make better, timelier decisions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
