Bio

Erin is the Assistant Bureau Chief of the Bureau of WIC and Nutrition Services. She started her career with the Department of Health and Senior Services as a dietetic intern and project specialist in 1997, where her passion for public health began. Serving 16 years with the Department, Erin has worked with many nutrition programs, including the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), the Child and Adult Care Food Program, the Summer Food Service Program and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program. This work allows her to combine her love for nutrition and public health to impact the well-being of Missourians. Erin received her Dietetics degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1997. She is a licensed and registered dietitian (RD).
