Casey Gilmore joined the Department of Social Services in January 2012 and currently serves as the Administrative Manager of the Residential Program Integrity Unit. In her role, she leads teams that provide residential oversight, including contract compliance and monitoring, the Residential Background Screening Unit, and Residential Payment Specialists. Prior to her current role, Casey worked at the Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline as a Hotline Screener, Supervisor, Program Manager, and Unit Manager. Casey holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Central Missouri.
