Cameron oversees the Optimistic Beginnings Crisis program at Northwest Community Services. This program provides services to eight individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illnesses. His responsibilities include supervising staff, developing crisis programs, and ensuring compliance with division principles for certification. Cameron began his work with DMH—DD in 2016 as a Direct Care Support Assistant and has utilized his knowledge and skills to continue supporting the crisis program.
