Kristal White joined the Office of Administration in 2022 and currently serves as the Program Manager for the Office of Equal Opportunity. In her role with OEO, Kristal Is responsible for assisting departments across the state with their Workforce Diversity Plans, including initiatives involving recruitment, training, employee engagement, and retention, to ensure equal opportunities for all applicants, employees, and the citizens we serve. Kristal has been and remains an integral organizer for a variety of statewide events, such as the State of Missouri’s Black History Month Celebrations and the 2023 inaugural Veteran’s Day Celebration. Kristal is also dedicated to her work with minority, women, and service-disabled-owned businesses through the state’s Supplier Diversity Program, where she assists, educates, supports, and provides expert advice to small businesses in the certification and state procurement process. Kristal dedicates a great deal of time to workforce issues as a Board Member of the Missouri Association of Workforce Development (MAWD). Kristal is and remains a leader, role model, and subject-matter expert in all areas of workforce and supplier diversity.
