Bio

Shannon joined the Missouri Department of Transportation in January of 2014 and currently serves as a Program Manager for the Motor Carrier Services Division. In this role, she oversees the division’s Compliance Communication Center. Shannon guides the MCS team in working with Motor Carriers on licenses and permits required to remain in compliance with Missouri statutes and Federal Motor Carrier regulations. Shannon collaborates with internal and external partners on Motor Carrier programs and oversees the financial department of Motor Carrier Services accounting for millions of taxpayer dollars. Prior to working for MoDOT, Shannon was in the banking industry. Shannon has an associate degree in Business Management.
