Matt is MoDOT’s Area Engineer for 10 counties in the southern portion of the Southeast District. As Area Engineer, Matt is the MoDOT representative for the area and works with his team to coordinate MoDOT’s planning, design, traffic operations, construction, and maintenance activities. Matt works closely with cities and counties with the development and selection of Local Public Agency projects. Matt is a registered professional engineer in Missouri and has over 20 years of service with the department.
