Bio

Lucinda (Cindy) is currently the Assistant Director over Tactical Sections within the Missouri Information Analysis Center (MIAC), a Division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Cindy has an Associate of Applied Science degree from Linn Technical College. She began her career with the Patrol in April 2007 and has worked exclusively within the MIAC Division. She has led successful start-up programs at MIAC, including the statewide information sharing projects with local law enforcement and the remodeling of Missouri’s school violence hotline, Courage2Report. Her current responsibilities include managing the criminal intelligence analysis performed by personnel assigned to MIAC’s tactical section. Prior to her career with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, she was a Dispatch Supervisor for the City of Owensville and a Legal Specialist in the United States Army Reserves.
