Adam serves as an attorney for the litigation division. In this position, he defends the State of Missouri, including individuals, officials, and agencies in litigation at the state and federal level. Before joining the Attorney General’s office, he worked as legal counsel and mediator for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Adam was commissioned by the United States Air Force Academy in 2007, from which he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas in 2019.
