Bio

Jessica has been proudly serving the State of Missouri for nearly a decade. For the past five years, she has held various roles within the Office of Administration (OA) Division of General Services, leading a program and many organization-wide efforts. Her knowledge and experience make her a true asset to the division, the department, and to the State. In her current role, Jessica coordinates the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Her robust leadership skills serve her well as a member of OA's Operation Excellence team, as well as the Division of General Services’ Operational Excellence Leader. Jessica’s experience in state government also makes her a great addition to the OA continuity planning team as a Continuity Planner. In addition, Jessica serves as committee chair for the Division of General Services’ social and recognition team (RISE Committee).
