Bio

Bobby McKee is the Director of Citizen Engagement within the Office of Administration. As the Director of Citizen Engagement, he oversees SHARE MO, the State of Missouri’s customer experience program. In this role, he brings agency leaders from across the State of Missouri together to gain insight into the citizens’ experience to drive strategic decisions. Bobby has served the State of Missouri in several capacities during his almost 6-year tenure with the state. In each role, he has worked with all levels of staff to help foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Prior to serving the State of Missouri, he spent 14 years in the insurance industry. Throughout his career, he’s had the opportunity to improve employee recognition, help launch Workforce Management Systems, and assist with a number of other high-performing programs and initiatives. Some of Bobby’s accolades include serving as a MO Appreciation Ambassador, an Engage Change Champion, and the Co-Chair of the 2023 Show Me Excellence Summit. Bobby also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, providing him the knowledge and understanding to work on process improvement projects within companies.
