Rachel is currently the Human Resources Director for the Missouri National Guard State Resources. She began her career with the National Guard in August 2018 and has worked exclusively within Human Resources. Prior to joining the National Guard, she worked for the Department of Natural Resources for four years, both the Department of Transportation and the Department of Revenue for six years, and State Technical College of Missouri for one year. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with majors in Management, Human Resources Management, and Financial Services from Columbia College. Rachel is currently working on her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and plans to move forward to complete her Black Belt Certification.
