Jessie Pace serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition in the Office of Administration joining the team in November of 2019. Jessie is the project leader for MO Careers which is the State's centralized careers page and applicant tracking system supporting all three branches of government. Jessie and her team play a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment and hiring initiatives statewide with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience to over 85,000 applicants each year. In addition, she was the project leader for the first place winner of the 2022 Show Me Challenge project creating a statewide employee referral program. Jessie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources in 2019. Jessie holds eight recruitment certifications and is certified in change management.
