Frank stepped into a new role for the Missouri Department of Conservation as the Wetland Systems Manager in 2022 and now oversees the agency's effort to implement wetland conservation on public and private land statewide. Prior to this move, Frank worked for 18 years as a wetland ecologist for the Missouri Department of Conservation on a variety of projects including strategic planning, research, wetland management, renovating wetland infrastructure, and public communication. During this time, he has served as a coordinator or an active team member and partnering with a variety of state, federal, and non-governmental agencies. Frank holds a Masters in Fish and Wildlife Sciences from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from William Jewell, College.
