Sandra currently serves as the Treatment Manager at BHC, a state-operated habilitation center in Saint Louis. BHC provides services to 89 individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. Her responsibilities include supervising staff, program development, and ensuring Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) requirements are met for certification. Sandra came to the state of Missouri in 2018, following 20 years of providing supports in the private sector. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from Saint Louis University.
