Stacie currently serves as the Risk Manager for Fulton State Hospital, the high security forensic hospital in the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) system. She has been with DMH at Fulton State Hospital since 2010. She began as the Coordinator of Interpreting Services, then became the Unit Director in the Sex Offender Rehabilitation and Treatment Services (SORTS) program. Stacie served as a clinical social worker before becoming the Risk Manager. In her current role, Stacie works closely with the Chief Operating Officer of the hospital to oversee and coordinate the employee misconduct review process and subsequent actions in addition to a variety of other risk mitigating activities. She also works closely with clinical leadership to implement Trauma Informed Care efforts across the hospital which includes both the spectrum of services for clients as well as wellness efforts and mental health supports for staff.
