Bio

Evan Adrian joined the Department of Transportation in 2013 and currently serves as State Safety Coordinator. In this role, Evan coordinates the department's safety, security, and industrial hygiene programs; refines MoDOT's safety vision and implements strategies to drive the culture of the department's safety programs; and oversees safety performance metrics to define and measure the success of the program. Evan is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served in the Iraq War. Evan received a Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from Columbia College. Evan is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist II (CEAS II). Nationally, Evan has represented MoDOT as a delegate for the North American Association of Transportation Safety and Health Officials.
