Lauren is the Wildlife Programs Supervisor for the Missouri Department of Conservation in Jefferson City. In this role, she is the statewide coordinator for the Ag Crop program, Wildlife Section communication and outreach, and various regulation and management roles. Previously, she was the Continuous Improvement Coordinator where she helped coordinate process improvement activities, change management and facilitation training, and problem-solving skills development. Lauren has a bachelor’s degree in wildlife science and a master's degree in natural resources, both from the University of Georgia.
