Lauren Hildreth is the Continuous Improvement Coordinator for the Missouri Department of Conservation in Jefferson City. In this role, she helps coordinate process improvement activities, change management and facilitation training, and problem-solving skills development. Previously, she was the Wildlife Programs Supervisor and coordinated the managed hunt program and outreach for the wildlife section. Lauren has a bachelor's degree in wildlife science and a master's degree in natural resources, both from the University of Georgia.
