Bio

Charlene currently serves as an Environmental Program Manager for the Department of Natural Resources Waste Management Program. In this role, Charlene is responsible for overseeing and implementing the permitting requirements of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). This involves the proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous (solid) waste. She has worked for MDNR her entire career and has held a variety of positions. She graduated from the University of Rolla with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Missouri.
