Brogan has been with the Department of Commerce and Insurance since 2015. She currently serves as the supervisor of the Regulatory Services section of the department. In this role, she reviews and oversees the financial and statutory compliance of various insurance-related entities across the state of Missouri. In addition, Brogan performs an in-depth legislation review during Missouri's legislative session to determine any impact or implementation measures that would directly impact the Regulatory Services section. As the Regulatory Services Supervisor, Brogan leads team members in a way that encourages growth and development. She and her team work to continuously improve processes and tools. Brogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Administration and Human Resources from Columbia College and graduated with Cum Laude honors. She is also a member of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society.
