Bio

Justin joined the Department of Natural Resources in 2012 and currently serves as a Senior Advisor in the Director's Office. In his role, he engages in change management and other strategic department-wide initiatives; supports the divisions of energy, environmental quality, and administrative support; and uses data to support management decisions. Prior to joining MoDNR, he worked in a research lab assessing the effects of contaminants in the aquatic environment. Justin earned his bachelor's degree in biology and master's degree in fisheries and wildlife both from the University of Missouri.
