Jacob serves as Budget and Planning's Legislative Coordinator facilitating the state's policy review process for final legislation, managing the flow of legislative information between the division, state agencies, and executive branch decision-makers, and coordinating a talented team of analysts in tracking legislative bills before the General Assembly. Additionally, Jacob has worked with cross-department leaders to shift the fiscal note review process to a web-based application: the Missouri Legislative Information System. Jacob received a Political Science degree from Truman State University.
