Bio

Donna is the Manager over the Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning team. Throughout Donna's career with Workforce Development, she has served as a Workforce Development Specialist, Program and Grant Coordinator, Regulatory Compliance Monitor, and most recently Manager of Special Projects. Since her time in MLA, Donna is now overs the Apprenticeship & Work-Based Learning team. She is dedicated to supporting DHEWD's vision: "Every Missourian empowered with the skills and education needed for success" by providing alternative career pathways to in-demand occupations through registered apprenticeship training. Donna is also a board member of the Missouri Association for Workforce Development and currently serves as President-Elect.

Donna’s biggest takeaway from Missouri Leadership Academy is that it gave me an opportunity to change how I think as a manager.
