Eddie Sherman has been with the Department of Corrections since 2013. He started as Factory Manager I of the Chair Factory at Tipton Correctional Center before being promoted to Factory Manager II in February 2018. Prior to joining DOC, he held several private sector roles in building materials management, furniture management, and customer service management.
He is currently a factory program coordinator, overseeing several factories as well as two commercial laundries. As a member of the Missouri Vocational Enterprises administration team, he works with new product development to create new training opportunities.
