Jesse Rollins

Jesse Rollins joined the Office of Administration in 2019 and currently serves as a Project Manager. He is responsible for monitoring utility usage in state office buildings and lowering energy consumption through commissioning, maintenance, and equipment upgrades. Jesse graduated from MST-Rolla with a bachelor’s degree in engineering management in 2009 and received his MBA from William Woods in 2015. He received his Professional Engineer certification in 2019.
