Tim is a coordinator in the Office of Special Services at the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. He plans, organizes, and coordinates programs and services to 550 local education agencies serving 120,000 students under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in special education from the University of Missouri and his doctorate in school administration from Saint Louis University. Before beginning his work with the Office of Special Education Tim served as a teacher, building administrator, and central office administrator in multiple Missouri school districts.
