Evan serves as Deputy General Counsel to Governor Michael L. Parson. In this role, he assists and advises state agencies in legal matters, recommends judicial candidates, drafts and reviews executive orders and other official documents, and analyzes legal questions that arise in the course of day-to-day operations. Previously, Evan worked at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office and the Missouri House of Representatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
