Heather Osborne serves as the Director of Treatment Services for Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center-Adult Psychiatric Services. She has been with the Department of Mental Health since 2011, where she started out as a ward therapist. She has also served in the Utilization Management Coordinator role. Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in clinical counseling, both from Central Methodist University. She also holds a graduate certificate in Gerontology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Master Change Leader.
