Andrea Kimball

Andrea Kimball joined the Missouri Department of Mental Health staff in 2020 as the Manager of Integrated Monitoring and Review. In her current role as Director of Quality and Compliance, Andrea leads three teams that certify and monitor community treatment programming for mental health and substance use services in the state of Missouri. Prior to joining the DMH, she provided services to individuals in her role as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Andrea has both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Central Methodist University.
