Dawn serves as the program director for the State Historic Preservation Office. Dawn has been with Missouri State Parks, a division of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, for 22 years. During her participation in the Missouri Leadership Academy, she served as program director for the Grants, Recreation & Interpretation Program. Prior to this, she served as the section chief for the Grants Management Section, the Katy Trail Coordinator and assistant district supervisor for the Northern Parks District, and section chief for the Planning Section. Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree in natural resource management from Lincoln University and a master’s degree in natural resource recreation management from the University of Missouri.
