Caitlin Cruz is the Infrastructure Asset and Planning Manager (IAM&P) for the Missouri Department of Conservation. Her promotion to IAM&P Section Chief followed previous roles as Infrastructure Asset Business Analyst and Infrastructure Asset Program Analyst. Caitlin manages infrastructure assets across Conservation Areas throughout the State of Missouri. Leading the administration of both the asset management and capital planning software are integral to ensuring effective processes and accurate data inform infrastructure planning strategies. Her background includes experience in service performance, reporting, and compliance in diverse industries. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Texas State University, as well as ITIL and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
