Bio

Justin joined the Department of Social Services in 2018 and currently serves as the Transformation Office Project Manager. Justin is responsible for managing initiatives across a broad spectrum of Medicaid operations, including payment modernization, managed care, program integrity, and rural population health. This work focuses on improving the care and participant experience for Missouri’s most vulnerable citizens in a manner that also creates long-term financial sustainability for the program. Prior to this, Justin worked at the Missouri Department of Revenue for 19 years. Justin is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
