Alicia Carpenter is the Administrative Manager in the Collections and Tax Assistance Bureau of the Missouri Department of Revenue. She manages the Taxation Call Center, Payment Plan, Tax Clearance, Collections Enforcement and Collection Liaison sections. Her team strives to provide each customer the best experience with every contact, which often includes educating our citizen customers on tax law and reaching a mutually beneficial resolution on tax balances owed. Alicia began her career with DOR in 1996 and has held various roles within the Taxation Bureau. Prior to each tax season, Alicia provides tax education and legislation updates to various volunteer and tax professional organizations. She completed The Missouri Way in 2019, attended Midwestern States Association of Tax Administrators (MSATA) in 2018 and 2019, and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
