Bio

Taylor has been with the Department of Transportation since shortly after her graduation in 2017, and currently serves as a communications manager in the Central Office. In this role, she oversees the department’s digital communications, including its statewide social media presence and external website content and design. She also coordinates statewide customer service efforts and performs a variety of other tasks to implement effective internal and external communications strategies. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Missouri.
