Zachary has been with the Department of Agriculture, Division of Grain Inspection and Warehousing since 2014 and is currently the Program Manager for Grain Inspection Services. This program operates three field offices and provides inspection services to grain companies, farmers, and crop insurance companies throughout the state. Zachary graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 2020 earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.
