As the Internal Audit and Compliance Bureau Administrator, Joshua is responsible for overseeing a team that performs audits and reviews of the Department of Revenue to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, ensure compliance with procedures and certain contractual and statutory provisions, and to identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency. Prior to joining the Department in 2019, Joshua conducted audits of state and local governments for State Auditor’s Office. He holds a Master of Arts in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Central Missouri. Joshua is a licensed CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
