As a Project Manager, Carla uses strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement strategies to lead cross-functional teams toward successful project outcomes. In close collaboration with division leadership, Carla drives the development and execution of department priorities - planning, prioritizing, and delivering initiatives that advance the division’s vision to ‘empower the state workforce to provide excellent customer service.’ With over 20 years of experience in state government and public education management, she is personally and professionally driven to bring out the best in each individual and initiative. Mission-oriented and values-based, Carla enjoys helping others achieve their goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from William Woods University, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Certified Extended DISC Facilitator.
