As the Director of Veterans Service Program for the Missouri Veterans Commission, David oversees 48 Veterans Service Officers and their support staff. As a team, the Program assists Veterans and their families in obtaining the benefits they are legally entitled. Prior to serving the State of Missouri, David served over 21 years in the United States Marine Corps deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. David graduated from University of Phoenix in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Program Management.
