Sheila is a Research Analyst III in the Education Research, Office of Performance and Strategy Division within the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development. She collaborates with research staff at postsecondary institutions, state agencies and national and regional organizations with an interest in education and workforce data. In addition, she serves on the Midwestern Higher Education Compact review panel for state policy and performance data. Other duties include IPEDS data collection coordinator responsibilities and data liaison for the PDG B-5 Stakeholder group.
