Krystal is the Administrative Manager within Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Bureau. In her current role, she oversees the Customer Service Call Center where her team provides telephone assistance for citizens; License Office Helpdesk which provides telephone and email assistance to 176 contract licenses offices; Business and Specialty Issuance section which processes specialty motor vehicle titling and registration transactions, issues and manages approximately 7,100 business licenses per year, and implements, reviews, and issues personalized and specialty plates and; Dealer/Motor Vehicle fraud. Krystal has been with the Department since 2015. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management and Human Resource Management, with a minor in Accounting.
