Bio

Heather Dolce joined the Department of Social Services in 2013 and currently serves as the Deputy Communications Director. In her role, Heather is responsible for developing and executing effective internal and external communication strategies on behalf of the Department. This includes marketing, social media campaigns, producing and editing videos, and writing and editing material. She is also leading a major website redesign effort to help Missourians access the services and information they need easily and more efficiently. Heather graduated from William Woods University with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
