Bio

As the Director of Finance & Administration for the Office of Administration’s Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), Tara is responsible for the oversight and management of ITSD's budget, procurement, cost allocation planning, billing, software licensing, payroll, recruitment, and general administrative support. These functions support the IT operations for 14 executive departments. Tara has worked for the State of Missouri her entire professional career and has been with Office of Administration for last 7 years. Tara, a lifelong resident of central Missouri, holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting, finance and human resources and a MBA from Columbia College. Tara is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and certified in Technology Business Management.
