Virginia is a Benefit Program Supervisor for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Division of Employment Security. She started as a Claims Specialist in the Regional Claims Center and was promoted to a Benefit Program Supervisor after graduation. She has been with the Department of Labor since 2017, and with the State since 2009. She was previously with the Missouri Military Funeral Honors Program and served in the Army National Guard for 10 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a minor in psychology.
